You should allow between 3-5 working days for delivery from placing the order. The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
UK Next Day delivery when available: £10.00 (Royal Mail Special Delivery signature required)
• Order before 1pm Monday - Thursday and receive the following day.
• Order before 1pm Friday and receive the following Monday
• Orders placed on Next Day Delivery after 1pm Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday will not be received until the following Tuesday.
• Orders placed on Next Day Delivery from the Highlands and Islands will be delivered in approximately 2 working days.

You should allow between 10 working days for delivery from placing the order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
If, for any reason, you would like to return your Kettlewell order, you can send it back to us in its original condition with proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.
Please remove all make up, deodorants and body lotions before trying on garments. We are unable to accept returned items which are not in a re-saleable condition.
Discounted items may be returned within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. Where a discount code has been applied to the original purchase, this code may be reapplied to exchanges up to 28 days from the expiry date of the discount code. Any further exchanges will be made at full price unless a valid discount code is available for use.
As an online business, we expect a certain percentage of orders to be returned. If we notice a pattern of returns that is out of the ordinary eg a customer is placing a large number of orders over a period of time and then returning everything or almost everything, we reserve the right to deactivate the associated account.
Sale Returns Policy
During our sale period you can still have a refund or exchange as long as the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, this is enables us to resell the sale items.
How do I return my order?
1. If you shopped through our catalogue or website, just fill in the form on the back of your invoice and put it in your parcel.
2. We give free returns within the UK. The label on your despatch note is a Freepost label and incurs no charge to the customer .
3. Then just nip down to the Post Office with your parcel and pop it into the next post.
4. Please make sure that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.
In the rare and unfortunate event of your Kettlewell product being faulty, please accept our apologies, and contact Customer Services on 01460 279800 for our freepost address. Please note we do not except faulty items back after 6 months from date of purchase.
Changing or cancelling your order
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Once you have confirmed your order we are unable to amend it. If you wish to cancel your order please call 01460 279800 (If your order has been processed in our warehouse or been despatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back)
We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa and Mastercard and credit cards, as well as Visa, Electron, Solo and Maestro debit cards.You can also pay using PayPal.
Kettlewell online store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.
Once you have confirmed your order, payment will ONLY be taken from your bank account once your purchased items have been dispatched. This applies for pre-ordered purchases too.
To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary.
From 2021, Kettlewell will no longer be accepting cheques as a payment method for goods and services.
If you paid through PayPal but used your debit or credit card, your refund will go back into that card's account, this usually takes between 3-5 working days, but can take anywhere up to 30 days.
If you paid using your bank account, or PayPal balance, your refund will come back to your PayPal balance.
Please make sure your PayPal details are kept up to date to avoid any issues.
Prices & Tax Charges
All prices are shown in GBP sterling and include 20% VAT.
If you are ordering from outside the UK or European Union, your order will be supplied VAT free and a copy of your ex VAT receipt will be dispatched with your goods.
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependent on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Please remember that if you have an offer code to redeem you will need to do it on the basket page before you place your order. Unfortunately once the order is placed we cannot amend it.
