Fair use
As an online business, we expect a certain percentage of orders to be returned. If we notice a pattern of returns that is out of the ordinary (e.g. a customer is placing a large number of orders over a period of time, and then returning everything or almost everything) we reserve the right to remove the pre-paid returns label from future orders or deactivate the associated account.
Faulty Goods
In the rare and unfortunate event of your Kettlewell product being faulty, please accept our apologies, and contact us so we can advise you. Please note we do not accept faulty items back after six months from date of purchase.
Changing or cancelling your order
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Distance Selling) Regulations June 2014, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. To cancel your order, please call us on 01460 279800. If your order has been dispatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back.
Once you have confirmed your order we are unable to amend it.
Payment
We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa and Mastercard and credit cards, as well as Visa, Electron, Solo and Maestro debit cards. You can also pay using PayPal.
Kettlewell online store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.
Once you have confirmed your order, payment will ONLY be taken from your bank account once your purchased items have been dispatched. This applies for pre-ordered purchases too.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to PayPal's change in their pre-authorization process, we will now have to charge for orders paid for with PayPal at the point of ordering.
To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary.
From January 2021, Kettlewell will no longer be accepting cheques as a payment method for goods and services.
Product Portrayal
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependent on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Prices
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Although we do regular stock-takes and the level should be accurate, there is occasionally a small discrepancy. Human errors are sadly unavoidable in this area. We feel that it is important to warn customers about this at this stage rather than a few of them being disappointed later on.
Offer Codes
Please remember that if you have an offer code to redeem you will need to do it on the basket page before you place your order. Unfortunately, once the order is placed we cannot amend it. Please note that offer codes cannot be used when purchasing gift vouchers and discount codes can only be used on full priced items.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers do not contribute towards a £75 basket total for free postage purposes.
