UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Allow approximately 3-5 working days for delivery from the time of placing the order. During sale or busy periods this might be extended to 5-7 working days.
Deliveries to the Channel Islands, allow at least 5 days for your delivery to arrive after you have received our dispatch email confirmation.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
NB: Please note a signature is required; without a signature the parcel WILL be returned to the depot.
Order before 1pm for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm Friday and over the weekend will not be received until the following Tuesday.
Orders placed on Next Day Delivery for the Highlands and Islands will be delivered in approximately 2 working days.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
All our international parcels are sent via DHL Express. We aim to keep you updated and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress using the tracking number provided on your dispatch email. Please contact us if you are still concerned about your parcel.
EU AND REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY

For international orders we work with Global-e as our logistics partner. That enables us to send all orders without any additional costs.
Charges for customs, taxes and duties are already included to all European and most other countries. There are no hidden costs.
Please note: If you are contacted by DHL or your local customs office asking for an additional payment to release your parcel, please email us on [email protected], so we can investigate.

INTERNATIONAL PRICING
From December 2021, we have been working with our logistics partner Global-e to send international parcels (excluding the US). International prices now include VAT, customs and clearance charges and DHL Express shipping, and orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days.
Note for Canadian customers: The local VAT shows separately at checkout but is included in the final price.
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Goods will be sent to the delivery address given by you when placing your order.
Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation and a signature may be required on receipt.
If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. We will only charge one lot of postage per order, however many parcels it involves.
Any free P&P offers are on UK orders only.
We cannot be held liable for any delays once the parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail, USPS or any other local service providers. If we are made aware in advance of any delays, we will always try our best to contact you.
For our Standard UK Delivery service, the delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate.
DELIVERY FAQs
Can my order be delivered to a different address? (Not my home/billing address)
Yes, please inform us at the time of placing your order or complete the Alternative Delivery Address section online when you place your order.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Once you have confirmed your order, we are unable to amend it. If you wish to cancel your order, please email [email protected] (If your order has been processed in our warehouse or been dispatched, we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back.)
How do I cancel my order

Where is my order?
You can follow the journey of your order following dispatch using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
I've included the wrong information on my order, can I change this?
Order's cannot be amended by customers. Our customer service team can upgrade your delivery and alter the delivery address if the order hasn't already been dispatched. For any other changes, please cancel your order prior to dispatch and place a new order with the information you need to alter.
What if I am out when my goods are delivered?
Royal Mail or the selected courier company that we use will leave a “while you were out” note through your letter box. You will then be able to contact them to arrange collection or re-delivery of your parcel
Can you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes, we are able to do this. Please inform us at the time of placing your order or complete the Alternative Delivery Address section online when you place your order.
