Love this skirt. initially went for a S as wasn't sure on size but definitely needed to go down. I seem to be either a S or XS . not consistent. Really easy to wear, can smarten up or dress down. I haven't had to washed it yet so cant comment on that. I think I've already written a review on my Gillie Pont skirt in Dark Olive but if not, here it is. I think this is a lovely skirt - perfect length, just below the knee for me at 5'4" and cut in a nice 'A' Line which is flattering and easy to wear. I've worn it such a lot this winter already with thick tight and knee-high boots - it will be great when the warmer weather arrives too when it can be worn with looser tops. I'm looking forward to wearing it with one of my Cara V tops - think it will look quite relaxed and casual. Yes, a nice easy skirt -thank you Kettlewell. xx read more »

A very nice skirt - the fit is good, much better than the Geri Skirt from 2021 . The ponte fabric is much thicker and consequently the Gillie hangs better than the Geri and without as much 'cling'.. Nice comfortable waist, just a slight A line look and a sweet little hem rise at the side seam which adds interest. A very useful, practical skirt. It will get lots of wear. I do hope Kettlewell consider another knee length skirt in this ponte fabric for the future. read more »

This is the first skirt I have bought from Kettlewell. I was worried if might be a little large at the waist but it fits nicely and I like the neutral colour. It does need a petticoat as it seems to cling a bit without due to the fabric I guess. I would order it in the longer style also but it is so long that I would have to have inches cut off. I wonder if Kettlewell might consider making the longer skirts a few inches shorter? read more »
