I bought the Hayley sweater in cobalt blue when it was in the sale. I wouldn't have been able to afford it at full price. I wasn't going to pass this opportunity up. Merino wool is known to keep you warm and also cool and I absolutely loved the colour. I am usually a size 10 but I find this quite roomy. I could wear something underneath if I wanted but I'm not into layering, I like to keep it simple. Styling wise I could probably do with some advice as it doesn't fall right doing a French tuck and I don't know what else to do with it. Quality is really good but I haven't washed it yet. If it wasn't for the sale I wouldn't have bought it as personally I think it's highly priced. I don't mind paying for quality but it was too much. read more »

Many years ago, a Personal Stylist explained that it was always a good idea to buy duplicates in a style which works for you .... Perfect fit jeans? Buy 3 or 4 and pop the others in store ...... Perfect shape sweater? Buy in as many colours as work for you! It is an idea which has proved spot on over the years ..... This is my fourth Hailey .... Two in Lavender, one in Deep Kingfisher, and one in Cameo. Such a perfect long tunic style for a Petite which can easily be layered. Super soft and warm. I wore the Cameo with a narrow fit long pale denim skirt and high heeled boots for lunch with girlfriends and it was a hit. Do I really need a fifth in Navy???? Lololol read more »

Another lovely sweater. The quality of Kettlewell merino is excellent. I already have the Connie sweater and decided to try the Hailey. I was not disappointed. It is a more casual design than Connie. Perfect for relaxing at home or going for long country walks. There is room in my wardrobe for both styles and no doubt I will be buying both styles next winter to add to my collection. They wash and wear beautifully and will be my staples along with infinity scarves for many years. read more »

I now have 6 of the Hailey sweaters, and wear them constantly. They are warm, a good length for a tall person, and well made of excellent quality, soft wool. I bought my usual size M, after having tried the S for a closer fit for a change, but the S was a bit too close overall, although a good fit on the neck and shoulder line. The M is a little looser on the neck and shoulders than I would like, but this isn't too much of a problem. Most of this year's Spring colours were not what I was looking for , so I bought this one in Blackcurrant, which is quite radiant and has become a new favourite, and another in Cobalt Blue. These jumpers are very hard wearing - my Bright Navy one from 2017 is only just beginning to show signs of wear! Please could you do Bright Navy again next winter? read more »
