I’ve never bought from Kettlewell before. Blazer is lovely and fits really well. I feel it’s a timeless piece which I will still have in 20 years.

Well I’m very bummed. I was excited to get this jacket in Nile Blue and was pleasantly surprised by the fabric but the sizing is not right. I wear an XS in most things Kettlewell. I just got a Chloe in XS and it fit perfect… so why an XS in this jacket is too small doesn’t make sense to me. It doesn’t have any give, and I cannot button it even if I wanted to. I am a small person with narrow shoulders- so who the heck is this designed to fit?? I like my clothes to be tailored and fitted- but this just looks off all around. Tight in shoulders back and waist, but long in the sleeves. Maybe I got a bad one… it’s just weird to me how much this doesn’t fit- when everything else in KW xsmall fits great. I’m hesitant to try again with a small. Maybe this just runs small in general.

Thank you Jo! Seeing you wearing this jacket and knowing I am also an Autumn I knew this item would be perfect- and it is. I took your advice and sized up for a relaxed fit. It is absolutely gorgeous! My only regret is that the Cassis colourway is sold out in my size! An extra note is that I find the videos that are in the descriptions to be so helpful because they avoid ordering the wrong size, and also they show you how the style looks on the person which can help in deciding if that look is your own personal style or not. I wanted a nice blazer that had "a color" that would go with my summer coloring wardrobe and I could wear over a light weight sweater for winter. I like the style as it flatters because of its more fitted shape. It is a heavy knit, but it has "some give" to it and does not stretch out of shape, so that is actually a plus for me as it is very comfortable to wear. I love the blue nile color I chose, and I wear it for all sorts of occasions.

lovely jacket. easy to wear. I've washed it a few times and it comes out quite crumpled and needs a good iron. for me its more of a casual jacket to wear with jeans a or casual skirt. a long sleeve tee fits well underneath but cant wear a jumper under it. overall I enjoy wearing it.

I love this jacket . Lovely easy to wear and goes with all my clothes. Perfect for a trip up to London with jeans and also skirts. Can dress up or down. I'm 5' 6'' and this jacket fits me perfectly as a size small. I would need go up a size if I wanted to wear jumpers under it but then it all feels too bulky so I'm very happy with what i have.

I have just received my blazer in Dark Emerald - it is brighter than it appears on my screen, a really lovely jewel green, perfect for me as a winter. I love it. I am currently size 16, normally size 14, but even if I manage to stick to my diet (there's still time before Christmas) and get back to a 14, I would take the large, as my shoulders are broad. The length of the jacket is perfectly proportioned for me at 5 foot 3 and the shaping at the waist also gives nice proportion as my body shape is quite square. Longer jackets with a more relaxed shape tend to swamp me or make me look like a rugby player. This jacket can be dressed up for work or would work equally well with jeans (which is how I will be wearing it). This is definitely a success for me although I have to admit, I had been dithering over whether or not to buy ever since it came onto the website largely because it's quite pricey. Very pleased I eventually did buy it.

After watching the video of this blazer, I took on board the comments of the model and decided to opt for the size down (Medium), as I am currently between sizes. I found it to be slightly too small. I have an hourglass figure and the side seams also seemed to kick out at an odd angle near the hem, as if there was excess material there. I thought the fabric looked cheap and taking the fit, design (side seams) and overall look of the blazer into account, I didn't think it was worth the money so returned it.

I took a risk, ordering this blazer in the size S, since I am normally an M with wide shoulders (inverted triangle). I am so glad I did! It looks great - a fitted look and it does not feel tight around my shoulders at all. I suit warm autumn colours the most, with darker on top, so if there was another Chelsea Blazer in a darker warm autumn shade, I'd happily buy another one of these.

This is expensive but I loved the colour so thought I would give it a whirl and probably end up sending it back as I don’t like feeling restricted in jackets. However, as soon as it went on I knew it wasn’t going back. It’s smart, well cut, and there’s give in the fabric so its comfortable to wear. I’m 5ft 2 and it fitted well, and will be worn to the office as well as more casually with trousers.

I love the quality of this jacket but have ended up returning it having tried the S and M - the M was just too big, the S fitted perfectly everywhere but pulled across my breasts - I am a tiny A cup so I'm not sure why it wouldn't fit in that area!

I loved the Chelsea blazer but it was too tight. LL. I hoped the.recwas a larger size. I think I must be an 18/ 20. Its just too snug. I have returned it I hope that I get my money back

I think the parcel containing this jacket must have been stored overnight in the bottom of a delivery van then posted through the letterbox when I was out! Crumpled doesn't begin to describe it! I phoned up a very helpful Kettlewell lady who suggested a light steam iron on the underside and all was restored. The jacket is to go with a patterned dress for a summer wedding. I now have confidence in its resilience and I look forward to wearing it with many outfits, from dresses to jeans afterwards. It should be a really versatile jacket.

I had been thinking about purchasing this Chelsea blazer for quite a while but was put off by the price. However I eventually decided to order and am very happy I did. It is very versatile, and feels very comfortable to wear. The semi-fitted style is good for my slim hourglass shape. The walnut colour is a good neutral which will work well in my wardrobe.

I love this jacket, it is the style and material I was looking for. I am 5' 6" and it is a perfect fit. I would love it in a spring navy. My only criticism is the packaging. It does not fit into a tee shirt bag and arrived badly creased.

I am pleased with he blazer, the only criticism I have is that there were very strong ironed creases down each sleeve, which I have not been able to iron out. Women are not supposed to have creases down the sleeve. Perhaps you will bear this in mind when you are sending out you women's jackets and blouses.

Tried this as a match for the Tilly dress. It wasn’t for me. As s 5’ 3” woman, it simply drowned me. Arms were too long and overall I think it would work far better on someone a bit taller. Like Prue Leith. Also the cherry red didn’t really suit my summer palate either, even although it is coded for summers. Sadly had to return.

Sad, sulky face! I was really hoping this jacket would be a winner for me, but the length just wasn't right. The stunning dark emerald green would have been perfect and Kettlewell don't do any other jackets in that colour - yet! But as a shrinking very petite pear I couldn't justify the price and then the cost of fairly major alterations, so back it's going. Shame - it's really a lovely jacket and looks amazing on the models.

Great blazer for work and works well with my Sabrina dress but also looks great with jeggings which is perfect for the office or working from home! It is a closer fit than my Wionna jacket from a few years ago but I can button it up when needed without it feeling tight. The dark emerald colour is a great addition to my work wardrobe and brightens my navy and black neutral work dresses for spring and summer.

Hesitated because of the high price for a jersey jacket but am very pleased with the colour and fit. 5’2 but it isn’t too long and gives this apple a bit of shape and is a good transition from WFH to office or going out. Walnut is also a great warm neutral colour with denim, khaki and warm neutrals and with brights like geranium or leaf so I think -eventually- it might be worth the £ per wear. The fabric texture is bit different to most Ponte or jersey jackets. Disappointed that it did not have shoulder pads which it really seems to need and at this price should be included because getting a colour match for an unlined jacket required a bit of looking around. Uk 14 -Kept size L for buttoning but will probably wear open

As a natural classic, I could not be more pleased to see this wonderful Chelsea Blazer added to the Kettlewell Collection. I bought the Cherry jacket and ordered a large as I wanted to do it up, I am normally a medium, but this is spot on and just needs shoulder pads. So .... I ordered the jacket in cassis, and I can't say how disappointed I am with the number of very visible heat marks on the jacket, especially along the seam lines. So disappointed to have to return it.

Great color for me as a Blue Spring. In Kibbe world I am technically a Soft Dramatic so blazers have never been easy for me unless a wrap blazer or a form fitting cardigan like my much loved fringe KW cardigan from last winter. But I love ponte blazers as they add polish to any type of outfit - casual or office - without looking too tailored. Saying that, as I do with all blazers and jackets, I will need to take it to the tailor to cinch in the waist and shorten the length. I needed the medium for the chest measurement and am fleshy in the upper arm. The color is gorgeous! And it allows me to wear a coral silky. (I love coral but is not the best on its own for my neutral/blue spring skin tone). The two colors together however are a color vitamin infusion - they make me glow with health. I would say this is a 4 season piece so the price per wear will justify the cost.
