I bought this skirt to try as I love the sunflowers een though it was for Springs. My goodness it's a lovely skirt and the colours are terrific, as seen sported by Melissa on the video. Even though I am an autumn Leaf Autumn with some vibrancy, I do sometimes wear the odd Spring top, I thought I would get away with this with various yellow tops as the pattern is wonderful and HOC Spring bring the flip side of Autumn. Sadly it wasn't warm enough for me even away from my face. Would have been lovely.on Autumns if the blue had been offered as a Leaf green and the yellow a tad warmer. Ordered both a small and medium in the Autumn colourway as, having lost weight, I wasn't sure which size I would be (I have 2 of the lined maxi skirts in M). The pattern is beautiful but some of the colours in the print made finding other tops to go with it tricky. However my biggest issue is the length. The small fit me perfectly but is definitely not a maxi skirt - more a midaxi. On trying the medium, it was too big, but the perfect length: 2 inches longer than the small! Surely a maxi skirt is a maxi skirt? Just because I'm a smaller size in the waist, doesn't shorten my legs! So beware if you size down, the skirt will also be shorter! Sadly therefore both skirts are going back. Also for note - the matching tops are also being returned. Like Una, the neckline didn't lie properly on me (in either the M or the L), so possibly not just in the making. read more »

This skirt is a stunner! I was in two minds about ordering as I already have the plain jersey maxi skirt and it felt indulgent but so glad I did. The pattern is really summery, the lovely tonal mix of colours makes it easy to co-ordinate with my existing tops, plus it has a nice weight and movement. Beautiful outfit I'm sure on many. As a Natural Classic Leaf Autumn, the shape and length were absolutely perfect but the Autumn very floral print combination of colours was not for me and too busy. Also hard to match a different top with sleeves. Nothing went with the skirt satisfactorily as a top to blend rather than clash in my strict Autumn wardrobe to show it off well. Bought it to wear at a July wedding outfit in all weathers in Leeds. But I also found the neckline didn't lie properly on me - that I think is just that one particular top when I looked closely at its making. If the Spring sunflowers version had been matched with leaves of green into an Autumn version, and my being tall, I would have kept it or at least the skirt to wear for special occasions.
