This is an absolutely beautiful dress. Timeless style, quality fabric, stunning color, well made. I so needed this dress to work for a dressy-casual morning wedding. At 5’2”, I again took a chance on a Kettlewell dress. Again, another plea for petite sizing. Too long in the entire body and fit. Again had to return. I bought this dress in the sale in a small I wish I had sized up before it was too late to return . A little tight across my bust as it shows the pattern of all my bras and flattens my bust. Saying that it is a good style for me so will probably wear it with a jacket I would like it in a lighter material. I bought two Sabrina’s emerald turquoise and bright navy I will have to wear them and not bother about the tightness around the bust . I sometimes have this problem with kettlewell tops they seem more like xtra small.- Barbara (20/09/2023)

I have found my perfect dress. I am a separates person, but recent abdominal surgery meant I need to avoid waistbands for a while. I searched for a couple of inexpensive dresses, but found nothing I wanted to wear. So I turned to Kettlewell and selected the Sabrina, it arrived the day before the op, I tried it on, and was delighted. Even more so when wearing it post op, it is a morale booster. The colour is gorgeous, the fit is perfect, the style is simple but well proportioned, and the heavy ponte fabric skims over my lumps and bumps. Paired with matching tights to hide the compression socks, it looks amazing.I think it could be worn for any occasion, formal and informal. I would love to buy another but sadly the other winter colours are too dark for me, though I may be tempted by the bright navy.. Please produce this dress in some lighter, brighter colours. I bought this in the sale and I was still very hesitant over the purchase.I wanted to buy it when it was first launched as I love the colour and style, but as I’m short and very short in the torso so I dismissed it. However, I decided to take a chance when it went into the sale and I’m so pleased that I did. Despite my lack of height, it actually fits really well, feels fab and looks great too! I like this dress a lot. I bought it because it was available in bright navy and that happens to be one of my 100% colors. It like the slimming style. I am a petite so the dress come down to mid calf which is what I was hoping for. In the KCC we are occasionally chat about best funeral attire for Springs. I think this dress checks all the boxes, the color, modest features(high neck, long sleeves etc. I like the thick fabric … good for fall, winter and spring. The flared cuffs with a side slits is a nice sophisticated touch. All around nice dress. Happy to pick it up in the sale. Fit is true to size. I wear a 14P in US sizing and bought this in an L. Loved everything about this dress, the colour, the weight of the fabric, but, sadly, at 5ft 2ins, the length of the upper body of the dress is too long and, consequently, the flare sits below the hip line making the dress too small in the hip. A flattering and elegant dress. It is a good length for me (at 5’2”) and not too big on the hips, which is a nice change since not all of us are pear shaped. Good thick fabric and a simple shape, it’s the smart dress for work that I have been looking for for months. Can we please have more colours? I bought blueberry - lovely purple-dark blue. I would love a couple more but the colour choice is narrow. It would be great in bright red, charcoal or pale blue - or dare we say black?- Sally (27/11/2022)

This is probably the most flattering dress I've ever tried on. The fabric is substantial and skims the body - not a lump or bump in sight (and there are plenty). I am 5ft 3-ish and 9st 7lbs and the medium just covers my knees. The V neck is just right, neat, not too wide or too low and the sleeve length is perfect. Unfortunately when I ordered the dress I had overlooked the fact that I have two cream dogs - and I know from my experience with another plain ponte dress, It would be impossible to prevent hair landing on it which would be very conspicuous on this plain coloured dress. Sadly I have had to return it but so hope that the same style will appear in a print soon.- Lynne (26/10/2022)

A very useful dress for the right person! At 5'7 it's knee length on me and the jersey feels very substantial. However, I have the Nicole in Cosmos Purple and feel that the two colours are very close - and the longer style is more flattering on me. Nevertheless, it's a neat dress and would look great for any age with opaques and boots. Blueberry may be a "failed Indigo" but it's a delicious colour!- Helen (22/10/2022)

I just got the Sabrina dress in the mail and I really love it. I got the Cocoa and the Bright Navy colors. As far as sizing , I’m 5’6” and 190 pounds , size 14 US and the LL fits well. It’s not snug but not overly loose. The length is right to my knee. The fabric is substantial and comfortable, will not show lumps and bumps . I plan to wear it with tights and ankle booties. The v neck will look great with layered necklaces or a scarf. It would also look good with a blazer or jacket and heels. The cocoa color is warm and bright for a brown as is the bright navy. Both will be staples in my wardrobe for church, occasional dressy outings and would be a really great work dress ( I’m in health care , so wear scrubs😜).
