SIZE: Medium COLOUR: Blue Jewel
I have just received a Charli top and like it very much. The colour blue jewel is a pretty summer colour for winters. The fabric is cool and comfortable and I would definitely buy a pansy or a fuschia if available. I am between a 12-14 and I sized down for this top as that works better with my shape.- Desiree (14/04/2024)
SIZE: Small COLOUR: Pillarbox Red
I have been looking for a red top/T-shirt for some time, and since I already have 2-3 Charli tops from previous seasons, when I saw it available in red, I bought it immediately. The style is not exactly what I had wanted (I'd have preferred a slightly more fitted style), but I know it's cool & comfortable. I have tried almost all the other short-sleeve Kettlewell styles in various reds but all were too short for me, or too clingy. Charli is just about long enough (I'm 5'7" with long back). Fabric tends to crease more than I like, but creases in my existing ones do come out in wear to some extent. I have also noticed that fabric in my existing ones looks a little rubbed where seatbelt lies. But on the whole the design works well. The colour of this one is a lovely deep red. SIZE: LL COLOUR: Pillarbox Red
This top reminded me of the Imogen top with long sleeves and that is why I ordered it in my usual size LL. I have to return it because I want it a bit more relaxed. I am tall with 5'11 and it is a very good shirt, long enough and excellent material, only the sizing is not as I understood from the description. I will return the LL now and go for the XL. I hope that will make it perfect then. It is the same material as for the Imogen top so I will get great wear out of it - that washes beautifully and looks like new after every wash.- Eva (01/03/2024)

My first Charli and impressed with the lovely soft material and the length of the top: not too long, so can be easily tucked. It can be dressed up very easily, ideal for work. The colour, ultra violet, is outstanding.- Gail (16/11/2023)

Thank goodness the Charlie top is back I bought one in a bright blue about 5 years ago and wished I had bought more. It has been washed so many times and it still maintains its shape now and has never bobbled. This time I bought peach Echo and Ultra Violet fabulous Spring colours. The material is soft and light it skims over my body without being clingy. It would be great to have more styles in this material or the Charlie top in a three quarter sleeve. Please bring out more Spring colours and I will buy more! This top is great dressed up for work or down with shorts and cargo pants for casual. I am a size 12/14 and bought medium.- Jane (16/11/2023)

SIZE: X Small COLOUR: Pillarbox Red
This is a new top to me, I like the grown on sleeves and I sized down for a neater fit from my usual S to an XSI really bought it to wear with my pillarbox red culottes and a maxi - non KW- skirt I have which it matches exactly thus providing that long column of glorious red! I love the sleeve as it acts as it it's almost sleeveless but more flattering. I'd prefer a lower neckline but I can manage this one with a scarf or necklace . Lovely fabric. I'm sure I shall wear it loads. It is the most FABULOUS cool yet bright red.- Susan (25/10/2023)

I was so happy to see the Charli make a return having bought some back in 2018. They are probably one of my favourite style tops and I have just received the Blue Jewell, Ultra Violet, Pillbox Red and Pink Ice. The fabric is so soft and can be easily dressed up and down and they wash really well. I am 5' 10 and the length is just about right (2-3 inches longer would be perfect). I would love to see the Charli in Emerald, Cassis, Sapphire - fingers crossed for next year- Anne (21/10/2023)

So happy to see the Charli back! I bought one in the sale about two years ago ..... And went back to buy another two. The top is super soft and comfortable. Shape drapes beautifully. Very easy to dress up, and in fact I have worn mine with a work suit when I was looking to be comfortable and smart ..... A longer pencil skirt, a pair of heels, a gold, diamond and sapphire brooch and earrings hit the spot! Having said that, it looks lovely with a pair of white jeans, metallic belt (Kettlewell), and silver leather sandals for a relaxed bistro dinner in the evening. I am 5' tall and this top works great for petites ..... Not sure whether it might be a bit short for someone tall ..... However, it would lend well to the cropped look. This year, the tops proved excellent for my pilates and yoga classes. I am a size 6/8 and wear the S .... But I like tops loose and the XS would fit fine - in fact, you might be able to size down- Olwen (12/09/2023)
