I’ve found the material rather flimsy and see-through. On my small frame, size eight, the garment is a bit baggy and long in the body. I would have sent it back but I needed it in a hurry. It looks very unstylish on me.- Irene (13/04/2024)

Love the fabric and fit. Although, I felt like they run a bit short. Hard to keep tucked in. Next time would size up to a medium to see if it has a bit more length.- Kate (21/03/2024)

I like the new version of the Classic T - it's light and smooth and easy to wear. The amount of stretch is about right (my top favourite is the Semi Scoop 3/4 sleeve with 6% elastane) and I prefer them both to the Hetta fabric which grows! I really wanted to praise the new pale colours - Lemon Sorbet is refreshing and Pale Dove Grey is an excellent Winter neutral with no beige leanings. It looks good with much of my palette and doesn't dull me (very important for a BJW!)- Helen (07/03/2024)

I love this top though feel it will work better for the summer as it is a lighter weight material than the essential V. It is a loser style that the essential V and the M again has worked well for me. Washes and drys well and is an easy item to wear.- Sarah (07/02/2024)
SIZE: Large COLOUR: Rose Petal
I'm undecided about this top. I tried Rose Petal, which has a sheen to it that I didn't like, and the light colour emphasised the thin fabric. The L is a bigger fit than the essential V in the same size. I often have to try two sizes as I'm between and M and L in the Kettlewell size chart. I may try reordering a Medium in a darker colour though suspect the thin fluid fabric could be too revealing in a smaller size.- CLM (01/02/2024)

I’m petite and usually wear a size XS or S in Kettlewell. I’m really not sure about the classic V which is in a new fabric. It’s lovely to handle and feels like it should drape well but even when sizing up to an S, it shows lumps, bumps and the outline of my Tshirt bra. Icicle is very light, which probably isn’t helping and maybe it would look ok with a vest underneath. However, I want a top I can wear during warmer weather without the need for an additional layer so I will be returning this one. Oh what a perfect Sapphire! Even better than I’d hoped! Really saturated and vibrant and the new fabric feels amazing to wear! Much as I love my Essential Vs, this could be my new favourite long sleeved, V neck top. Same length and a very similar fit (although the V looks slightly softer than the Essential V) but overall, it feels like a more elevated version, thanks to the gorgeous silky fabric. Very pleased indeed! 😊 (5’4’’ busty, short-bodied, Size 14 /L in most KW tops).- Alison (20/01/2024)

SIZE: Large COLOUR: Light Dove Grey
First of all, as an autumn, I didn't think I could wear the light dove grey. It was surprisingly pretty against my skin. However, the top itself didn't work. I've really tried to make it work - with cardigans - but the problem is the fabric. I bought a large which is quite roomy, but the fabric drapes quite a bit, is light weight, and clings to any bump or bulge or to undergarments. Also the V pulls out of shape.
