COLOUR: Smoky Lilac
LOVE this little scarf to add that pop of color next to my face, and the smokey lilac is perfect for my “delicate winter” color type. I really appreciate natural fibers and this all cashmere scarf is a little gem. I do have one request from Kettlewell: stop putting your tags on scarves. There’s no good place to put them where they won’t show, so I am obliged to cut them off. These little boogers are impossible to cut off without leaving a hole that I then have to darn so it doesn’t run and ruin the beautiful fabric, and my darning skills are rudimentary at best. Gonna take off one star for the tag, but else it’s a lovely little piece which I have worn quite often.- Lila (10/04/2024)

COLOUR: Almond
A wonderful purchase - my first cashmere from Kettlewell and it is so soft and cosy. The weave is fairly open - be careful with sharp nails or cat claws! I was delighted to see Almond come in as I needed something neutral to go with my bright jumpers. It's a gorgeous shade. Wearing it as a snood is great for keeping the ends tucked away where they can't catch on something, and keeps your neck wonderfully warm. At 5'1 I find it works for my height and size. I know the Finn Shawl and Cashmere Gauze Stole would be too big and drown me. It's a bit more refined/business-like than the Merino wool infinities too. Another item that was suggested to me when visiting the Colour Studio, and as for my Connie Sweater, another fabulous recommendation which I absolutely love! I feel the cold and like wearing scarves, but sometimes find them getting in the way or being a little 'fussy', especially if it's windy! This scarf is SOOO warm, yet incredibly lightweight. I find it a tiny bit short to be worn as a scarf, but love it as a snood/cowl scarf - it's perfect. Not too hot either if you would like a pop of colour but it's not super cold. It sits better on me as a cowl than an infinity scarf. I have an orangey/coral colour (possibly Hot Coral) which had already been discontinued when I got it. COLOUR: Carmine Red

COLOUR: Amber
Amber is fabulous with nearly all my winter coats and sweaters in autumn colours or navy. I love that this scarf takes up no space at all stored in a little air travel size ziplock bag in my bag or pocket but can pack a punch in colour,, warmth and style when it’s shaken out. Very flexible to style but I think it’s a bit more edgy than a cashmere gauze although I love those too. Not inexpensive but definitely doesn’t look or feel high street .- Kary (04/09/2023)
COLOUR: Forget-me-not
This is a gorgeous scarf and is less bulky than the CGS of which I have 3! 🤦♀️ The is my first Inga and can be worn either as a normal scarf or as a cowl (open up the fabric to make a tube shape and pop over your head) so it’s quite a versatile accessory. This is my first inga scarf which I absolutely love a new kw favourite. Gorgeous colour, so soft to wear and I now prefer it to cgs as it’s also neater, I like how you can also wear it as a cowl. Needless to say I have now received a 2nd one and will probably consider colours for next birthday hint. However, be careful with jewellery - suggest remove necklace.- Julie (24/05/2023)

COLOUR: Rio Red
Best purchase I have ever made, and so incredibly cosy and warm! I feel the cold and rather than spend extra on heating I decided to treat myself to cashmere - a wise decision as I have worn it every day! The red gives a bright pop of colour and elegance to my otherwise plain jumpers and I will be buying another in one of the other lovely colours.- Liz (05/05/2023)
COLOUR: Wild Lime
The style of this scarf is great; you can wear it long round your neck, or you can wear it as a cowl. I bought the wild lime colour, which suits my blue spring colouring well. However, having had this scarf for a few weeks; I have found that It catches easily and the threads pull, and it is not possible to pull them back into the knit. The loose knit is just not practical for a scarf. It now looks rather tatty, so I feel it has been a waste of money. This is one of the very few lower ratings I’ve given Kettlewell, as I am normally so very pleased with the quality. My advice to others would be to not wear necklaces whilst wearing this scarf.- Caroline (22/04/2023)

COLOUR: Apple
This is probably my favourite scarf. I love the feel of it most, so soft against the skin and gently warming. I like it worn as a snood best but also wear it looped around my neck, depending on the outfit. It works indoors as well as out and doesn’t get in the way like the equally beautiful cashmere gauze stole might. That makes more of a statement perhaps but this is versatile and just scrumptious. COLOUR: Soft Aqua
I have the aqua version of this scarf (not soft aqua). It is extremely soft and cosy but not as bulky as the cashmere gauze stole and it is a good spring colour. I find the Inga better to wear inside to keep me warm and the cgs better for going out, worn in the neck of a jacket or coat. I would buy another one for the winter.- Louise (13/03/2023)
COLOUR: Wild Lime
In a word, dreamy! Inga is supremely cozy, warm, lightweight, super soft, and doesn't weigh heavily on my neck (TY!). I like the design and construction very much. Width is perfect; could be 2" longer for wrapping/tying, but suffices as is. Works nicely rolled and popped over the head as a cowl, though I generally wear as a traditional scarf. The Wisteria (now sold out) is gorgeous -- happily deeper and richer in cashmere than in the tee fabrics. Such a win that I plunked down for the fresh and lovely (not-too-)Wild Lime. Very pricey, definitely a luxury purchase, but a very comfy, versatile accessory. KW, this style is a keeper.- Lisa (07/03/2023)

This is an unusual light neutral colour for me but decided to try it as I need a warm light coloured scarf. I was unsure about the colour when I first opened my parcel but when I put it around my neck I could see that the colour looked good on me. COLOUR: Whisper Pink
I have this cowl scarf in 2 colours now: blue jewel and whisper pink. The colours are just as described, but the scarves themselves are quite different. The blue jewel one is a much closer knit than the pink one. It feels softer and it’s narrower than the pink one so fits more closely when worn as a cowl. I like these scarves. I’ve worn them both and will continue to do so, but I much prefer the softness and the tighter knit of the blue one.- Pat (28/02/2023)
A very soft and cosy scarf which I find easy to wear round my neck. I like the neatness of it when it is under a jacket or coat. The colour is beautiful-wisteria, which doesn't seem to be on the dropdown for colour. It is a brighter colour than other wisteria items I have from Kettlewell. It has snagged quite easily compared to my Cashmere Gauze stoles but think that is because I was wearing it as a cowl. So now I am only winding it round my neck which seems to be protecting it more. it is expensive but I have worn it a lot already so cost per wear is rapidly coming down!- Claire (21/02/2023)

I love, love, love my Inga Cowl Scarf! The material is even softer than the Cashmere Gauze Stole because it's knit, instead of woven. This scarf is very versatile; I have worn it both wrapped around my neck and scrunched into an infinity style. I hope that Inga will stick around for a long time!- Eileen (25/01/2023)

This is a revelation - after much thought as it is rather expensive I bought it with some birthday money. It is so well designed: it really works well either as a snood or as a less bulky but still soft and warm scarf. The aqua is a fabulous spring colour and a wonderful and mood-enhancing way of keeping cosy but colourful. I had surgery a few weeks ago and have not been feeling my best, but wearing it on a video call this week I was repeatedly complimented on how well I looked. I am absolutely in LOVE with the inga it’s super soft & cosy, I have hardly taken it off since I got it !! I have wisteria and it’s gorgeous! My only desire to make it totally perfect would be if it was a couple of inches each end longer when tied … then it would be exceptional Well done KW My only other complaint is you just run out of colours so fast i was desperate to get this in aqua too but alas there’s none 🫣😳🥲- Lorie (07/01/2023)

I’m a Blue Spring and this gorgeous scarf arrived in the post today. I can confirm that Wisteria is more or less an exact match for House of Colour’s 💜 VIOLET 💜 in the new Spring fan. What a fabulous vibrant purple for Blue Springs! I am unsure why Kettlewell have labeled it as ‘Wisteria’ as I already own a Hetta Pima Tee in Wisteria, and this scarf is quite a few shades darker and brighter, imvho. I am so pleased with this gorgeous scarf! I hardly want to take it off! It is beautifully soft and cosy. The fact that there are quite a few different ways you can wear it is a huge bonus too. I love this scarf - it’s soft, slim, warm and comforting to wear. It’’s really versatile and want to wear it all the time! The colour is great to lift darker colours - I would like more options in Summer. Please! COLOUR: Pink Ice
It’s a lovely scarf. I bought this in vintage blue but it didn’t work with most things I have. So I exchanged it for the pink ice and that works much better for me being at the winter end of the summer pallet. Thank you for the help I received. Colour wise it works well with navy, blue spruce green, pine, purples and greys. The scarf is a really neat fit you can wear a bit like the willow or convert it to the tube . It’s great for those liking a neater style or petites. I hope new colours will come in stock. A lovely innovation for a cashmere scarf.- Sue (23/11/2022)

You NEED this scarf! Here I am with a cashmere gauze stole that I daren't take out and wear because of the weave BUT THIS INCA scarf will be worn DAILY!!! It's sublime, more colours please and also please RESTOCK the Blue Jewel? THIS SCARF IS SOFT as a tender kiss from a lover and as warm and snuggly as sitting by an open fire toasting marshmallows... And there's lots of ways to wear it too. It's divine as a cowl when your neck is INSIDE the tube of delicious softness. Or you can tie it in a multitude of ways like any long scarf- youtube has a gazillion videos on how to do this. Then I also wrapped it twice and tucked it into my crewneck top and it just sits there! FABULOUSLY like a cashmere roll neck, warming and caressing your skin. I cannot praise it enough, more please and THANK YOU @KETTLEWELLCOLOURS Ok yes it's a lot to pay BUT if you wear it every day from October to start of April?! for several years? ! I did not realize how much I needed this scarf until I owned it! I am completely obsessed with Cocowai as their cashmere is quality and the colors gorgeous! I also really love the shorter / practical length which is great for wearing around the house as well as tucking into a short coat/jacket. I hope KW continues to offer this style of scarf.
