Good weight of material - no visible bulges and a nice drape. Fit with a size S was neat through waist and hips and comfortable - I'm usually UK size 10 -12 (smaller hips / thighs and less defined waist), height 170cm. Length perfect. I wasn't sure whether these culottes were going to fit well - but they do. I am 5'2" and they are like a maxi on me. The soft fabric drapes well and the wide waistband is very comfy. I did however, have to iron them when they arrived as they were very creased but a quick steam has redeemed the situation. read more »

I love the cut of these, and particularly love that they have no pockets! The previous version did, and they are bulky at the hips especially if you are petite. I think this cut is very flattering, especially when you move. The stone colour isn't very forgiving so I will wear with longer tops, but they are comfy. I find the waistband really tight (maybe it's just me, but my other Kettlewell trousers are fine!) so I have ordered a navy in Medium to see how it fits (I'm petite hourglass 10 to 12) read more »
