I bought this Effie skirt on a visit to the Colour Studio which I would thoroughly recommend. We are away on holiday and the skirt has been such a great buy, comfortable during very hot days and dress up able for evenings. I’m 5’ 4” and this is the only skirt I have bought that hasn’t had to be shortened. A super buy and now thinking of buying a second one too! read more »

For me this skirt was the perfect length. I’m 5’4-5, high waisted with long legs & it hits just above mid calf. I’m giving up on longer skirts as I always end up wanting them shortened. Also for once, the hip measurement was good. It skims over the hips whereas I normally find that KW skirts emphasise my tum too much. It feels lovely and floppy as you walk & for me would replace the weekend skirt. Even the lining is better being more generously cut. I sent for the poppy, which I liked the most but struggled to find enough in my wardrobe to match it. So I opted for the spring blue which matches more things - but is a diversion for me. Why not a pretty spring green among the choices? read more »

Love the style of this as a change from favourite weekend skirt. True to size around the waist with a decent width waistband, lining and plenty of material in the tiers. Creases dropped out after hanging for a day. As with other reviewers, I was very surprised at the length, even at 5'2 I would have preferred it an inch or two longer to cover pasty legs but it is early in season and 2024 has been a very chilly spring - I'm sure when summer arrives this will be great holiday skirt and possibly work with boots in winter. Poppy is a lovely saturated summery red - I'm just waiting for the matching Pippa and wish there was a co-ordinating faux wrap over or other sleeved top. read more »

This is a really nice skirt. Lovely material with a lining and feels a nice weight. Size is consistent around the waistband with the Weekend Skirt, but is shorter than the Weekend Skirt. read more »
