Fitted it on but not actually worn it anywhere yet - a little too chilly for me. But it fits perfectly and should lookl good for the occasion of one of our Golden Wedding lunches!! I am 5ft.1 and quite slim and tiny- Shirley (28/03/2024)

I’m a busty 12-14 and the Large was a perfect fit. The top was good coverage as I sometimes find wrap dresses don’t provide enough material. I don’t have a flat tummy but this dress was good at disguising it. The material drapes well and is just the right thickness, flowed nicely over curves. The Annie dress is a nice smooth fabric I would describe as medium weight. You can wrap and tie it tightly or looser depending on how you feel. I’m a size 12 in dresses and a Small fitted perfectly. I did need to pin it at the neck as I’m quite busty but not a problem for me. I’m wearing with a lightweight slip underneath for cooler days. Can easily fit a camisole under too. What makes this dress special is all the details. The curved hem is very flattering on my 5ft frame it comes just below the knee. The long sleeves are cosy and the gathering on the shoulders elevates the style. I wore this recently to a lunch out with ankle boots, it could be worn with heels and nice jewellery for the evening.- Karen (28/03/2023)

Beautiful style, cut. VERY nice fabric. sadly returning because I didn't like the color. a bit too dark , it's not as bright an in the photo. I wish KW will bring this dress in REAL Spring colors such as strawberry, island green, aqua. I'm 5.6'', hits me at the knees. if it hadn't been for the color would gladly keep it and have bought more..- Sharon (22/03/2023)

Periwinkle is my favourite Kettlewell colour and wrap dresses my most flattering style so I was delighted with this. Too vampy a neckline for me personally, so a camisole in periwinkle or similar will need to be purchased, but that's only a small criticism, otherwise perfect.- Mrs Richardson (21/02/2023)

I recently got this wrap dress in indigo. I’m 5ft3 size 16. It is just below my knee which I wanted. I bought a silky hetty scoop neck to wear underneath in ice mint. Love the little shoulder ruche. It’s a nice weight and I can’t wait to wear it.- UlsterBetty (11/02/2023)

This is an incredibly flattering and easy-to-wear dress. Wrap dresses just have a way of making a woman look and feel very feminine. I get loads of compliments whenever I wear it. I bought this dress for Christmas Day -in the red of course! It is perfect for a day when you're going to be really busy. It's a flattering style and comfortable to wear. The only thing I would change is to make the jersey fabric heavier as this is a very lightweight fabric that needs something underneath for warmth in the winter.- Angela (19/01/2023)

This is a very flattering cut and it's ideal to wear at work. I was a little worried about the wrap style, but there is plenty of material and, as someone else has already said, the skirt "stays wrapped in place." It can be worn with or without a belt. I love the style of this dress and I think it will be very versatile. It will be worn with silkies as a base layer during the colder months and lace camisoles when the weather is warmer. I’m 4’11” and the length is below my knees but I think it will look ok as I plan to wear it with high heeled knee length boots or dressy high heeled sandals. I usually wear size XS/S in KW and the S is perfect for me as I like to make sure there is sufficient fabric to feel confident with the wrap around style.- Sheila (16/01/2023)

I love this dress so much I have it in indigo and periwinkle! It is a flattering style, easy to wear and dresses up and down. It has long sleeves which really reach all the way to the end of my arms. It works well with a roll neck or a camisole under it and with a fitted or long-line cardi over it; in warmer weather it could probably be worn without an under-layer as the v-neck wrap is not too low (however the weather is currently far too cold to check this). The wrap skirt stays wrapped in place. I cannot fault the dress on quality or value, but, having bought a wrap dress from Kettlewell before there are two style modifications I would suggest. My ten-year old wrap dress is a slightly heavier fabric, which hides bumps and wrinkles slightly better, and the tie belt is twice as wide and 10" or so longer, which means it can be wrapped right round the body to make a neat waist. I can just get this belt wrapped round a tied off, but it's not as elegant as it would be with a longer belt. Nevertheless, had I not had the earlier model I would not have thought to raise these issues, and I'm still happy to sacrifice the length of belt and weight of fabric for the luxury of sleeves that reach all the way to my wrists!- N (16/01/2023)

This is a really flattering and well-fitting dress, which will be perfect for meals out or work. I had wondered if it would show lumps and bumps but it doesn't. I'm 5'3" and slim, but am not straight up and down, and the size Small is perfect. It does need a necklace to jazz it up but I like the simple sophistication of the dress, and the brown colour is a lovely warm colour for my Autumn colouring. My only 'criticism' is that I would have liked this dress to have been available before Christmas as it was just what I was looking for to wear in December 22, but at least I'll have it ready for Christmas 2023!!- Elizabeth (16/01/2023)

I liked this dress as soon as I saw it. I saw a very brief video of Melissa wearing the red one in a size small (or did I dream it?). I normally order medium in dresses but as I am small on top decided to try the small. I am 32DD, waist 31'' - which gets bigger as the day goes on! and hip 39'' . I tried it on at the end of the day after a big meal and decided I could get away with it. The medium would be too big on my top half. Oh my goodness. This dress is gorgeous. I ordered the chocolate brown dress because my color palette is autumn. I really don’t have that much brown in my wardrobe but after buying this dress I believe I will start wearing it more often. The style is fantastic for me. I struggle with some extra fat on my back although Otherwise I have an athletic figure. Unlike other tops from Kettlewell, this dress does a good job of hiding that. I am 5’4” tall at 137 pounds. I ordered size medium and it fits beautifully. I had more autumn colors I would probably order a geranium color As well.- Janet (19/12/2022)

This is the first review I’ve written here, though Kettlewell comprises 20% of my wardrobe. I love the dresses but usually have to return them because I really struggle with the fit of the dresses. I am 5’5” tall, size US 2, hourglass, with an equally proportioned top and bottom (neither long or short waisted). I really struggle with dresses because they are too long, too a-line and too much fabric overall. This dress is so perfect. The fabric is thick enough to not show any lumps but flowy enough to drape and swing. And it hits right at the knee, no hemming required. Thank you so much for making a dress shorter than 40” long that doesn’t overwhelm us smaller ladies. I would buy more of your dresses if more were this length. BTW….I also have the ponte leopard dress (also great this season) but did have to have it hemmed.- Stephanie (16/12/2022)
