This was a splurge for me but it’s so rare to find investment pieces in my soft summer colours that it made sense. I wear it a lot and people often say what a lovely jacket it is. It’s incredibly soft and supple suede. Light and comfy to wear. I sprayed it with Liquiproof protector spray after seeing someone do it in a Kettlewell group online and I don’t feel I have to be too precious about it - I took it folded in a bag on a flight and it’s still looking perfect. I have been waiting to buy the delphinium blue one but it seems to have sold out and hasn’t come back into stock.

I had some doubts about the price point on this jacket. I had already purchased the original presentation in Iris. But when I saw it on the videos, I decided that the green would be a really great game changer. I was right. I think from the iris to the green, the green has a better fit. At 130 pounds I don’t feel like I’m too snugged into a medium. Especially after I put on layers. there’s one thing I’m absolutely sure of. I have the right leather jackets to last a while!

Beautiful colour. Tight over hips (which others have said) and I regard myself as having quite narrow hips. I couldn’t comfortably wear it zipped up. Loved the zips up the sleeves. It didn’t sit well over my shoulders - the suede bunched a bit. Such a shame to send back but may consider sizing up (but suspect will be too big ).

I agonised for ages over this because it is definitely an investment but finally decided I couldn’t resist. I am thrilled with it, the colour is gorgeous and it is lovely soft suede so can be worn indoors , without feeling as if you are in an outdoor coat. I am a convert

This is an absolutely beautiful piece - so much so that I was nervous to wear it at first. Once I overcame my intimidation and started wearing it regularly, I quickly came to appreciate the jacket’s versatility and value. It classes up even the most simple and basic of outfits.

I already own two of these jackets in toffee and bright kingfisher. Toffee is a color I can find often, but I liked the jacket so much that I kept it. The Kingfisher is a stunning color. Then I decided to try the champagne and chocolate (I'm a warm spring) and sadly, neither worked. The champagne color is not a warm color--it has gray in it, and the chocolate is not a rich chocolate like I was expecting, but has a purple tone to it. I tried on the chocolate in a L (same size as my other two) and it fit a little snug around the zipper even though I've lost weight. I tried on one of the ones I own and mine are definitely a tad larger. So sad these didn't work as I could use these colors in my wardrobe. I wonder if this is because they are "crossover" colors with the champagne and chocolate being for Springs and Autumns.

I own both the iris and the blue spruce. I am a sprinter Winter. both colors are amazing. The production quality is very high. I have a leather jacket from another well-known American outlet, which can’t match these jackets. I paid the same price for the American-retailer a few years ago. the suede jacket is one of the best values on the planet

I love the hudson jacket. It’s beautiful. It fits like a dream, it’s soft, the colour glows, it looks good with skirts or trousers and I love wearing it.

Definitely more of a considered purchase but will be worn many times. The colour is stunning and great to have the gold hardware on it. The jacket is very well made and the fit is amazing. I purchased this at the Style Studio following my Style Day analysis with the amazing Annabel Czyba.

Although usually a small, that size was a bit too snug and couldn’t really be done up. Unfortunately, the medium was too large, especially the sleeves, which are wide as well as long.. Sadly, despite the lovely colour, both had to be returned.
