Ever since the previous sleeveless V was discontinued I have been waiting for this new version to be issued in Soft White. This style is such an essential in my wardrobe for most of the year I would now like a Sadie with a V neck.
I hesitated to buy as I absolutely love the square neck sleeveless tops for under jackets. However I an delighted with the sleeveless Darcy - great fit, even better and neater fit than the sleeved version for me. Pleased you do a great range of colours - it seems a shame when you get a fixation with "neutrals " in your range - bright, vivacious colours are synonymous with Kettlewell for me, not dull, frankly uninspiring ones - you can get them on many other high street retailers! I've long been a fan of the Darcey V 3/4 sleeve tee; they are my go to workhorse for work due to the slimming effect of the double fronted fabric. So I thought I'd give the vests a go and been just as pleased with them, great quality, same slimming effect; so pleased more colours are being offered. If you have any sort of muffin top this top can really help with smoothing that. I like to also pair these with the short tie wraps. Great product, can't recommend it enough
I was looking for a sleeveless top to wear in the summer that could be dressed up or down. The fit is quite snug. I ordered a size L, bust size 381/2. Since the fabric is doubled on the front and back, at least it doesn't cling to bra lines, unlike some of the other Kettlewell double fabric tops. I would prefer a high quality thicker single fabric top, that is not so clingy.
Didn't like the colour - colour on the website makes it appear a pale blue but it's more of a peppermint green, in my opinion. Also didn't like the 'double fabric'. Felt it was unnecessary, especially if buying a sleeveless top for warmer weather. Quality, flattering top though, so if it wasn't double layered, would probably have ordered in an alternative colour.
