Write a reviewI absolutely love this top bought 6 months ago. I'm already a fan of crossover tops, being hourglass shape. This is the perfect colour and I'm also a big 3/4 sleeve fan. The weight is just right for transition seasons. I love the length on it too - just right for me. The neckline works well for me, I don't find it moves around once put on. I like that on me it needs a cami - so I can add a pop of another colour for contrast (being a Winter). I have a large bust and would agree with others that it probably suits this best.
This does not have a flattering fit, even though the size is right. It seems to emphasize the breasts, which does not look good on me. Also, although I like mint, it is probably not my best colour. Not sure if I'm going to keep it. I think that the crossovers used to drape better.
What a stunningly beautiful top! The colour & material is stunning! Absolutely love it.
Ordered this 3/4 sleeve crossover in size L in Cobalt Blue. I am a big fan of the various crossover tops by Kettlewell as they are very flattering to my top heavy figure and height and being a Jewell Winter, Cobalt Blue is one of my most flattering colours to wear. Love the colour choices in this top especially as it was in the sale.
Material far too thin so it didn't look good quality. Shame, as I had considered buying one of the other colours together with a matching skirt, but this style has been cheapened by the thin fabric, so I'm not buying it.
I was surprised by how much joy this top brings; I'm not usually a crossover fan but this top is fabulous. I like how the crossover sits a bit higher as I don't like to expose any cleavage. The drape sits just right on me, skimming my 32D bust and hourglass (X type) waist without constricting anywhere. Unlike another reviewer, I don't find the fabric too thin; rather I think it's just right. I've already purchased a second color of this top (in Cobalt) and am tempted to purchase one in Fuchsia.
Delighted with this top. Elegant and stays put!
I should have listened to the reviews. This top is all wrong. I love the color (mint), but this thing just doesn't fit properly. The back and sides are way too tight and the color is practically see- through. The front is a mess. The area where the v neck is supposed to be doesn't sit properly and you constantly have to fold it back in. They should just take all of these colors and make them in the other style of the 3/4 sleeve faux crossover. This style doesn't seem to work for the majority of people, based on what I read in the reviews. Maybe it works if you are heavily endowed - it might sit a lot better on the front if you have a lot there to fill it out properly. I'm a 34B, and this doesn't not work for me.
I am a connoisseur of Kettlewell crossovers -- I have at least two earlier iterations of this design, as well as a Long Sleeve Faux Wrap and several Faux Wrap Cap Sleeves. (I also tried the Merino Crossover knit.) As a lady with a generous bosom, I LOVE this new design. My Long Sleeve Faux Wrap (which I think has been updated as the Cotton Modal Crossover) is too revealing to be worn without a camisole, but this top stays closed and the ruching is very flattering. The ruching and 3/4 sleeves also give it a touch more dressiness. I will definitely be stalking the website to see if any more colors are added this winter!
I was not very happy with the fabric, to be honest. It was extremely thin and instead of the front being the usual crossover, it is stitched in such a way to create maximum draping in the top crossover panel. The top panel is quite saggy/floppy. The ruching makes it look a little (sorry).. sloppy. I have 4 of the 3/4 sleeve crossover tops in the cotton blend which I absolutely LOVE!. I should have looked more closely at the item before purchasing as I completely missed the design and fabric changes. Unless you are super-fit/young, I would advise wearing shapewear or form fitting cami underneath as it is quite thin and leaves nothing to the imagination in the back. Would work under a blazer. Beautiful color... too bad not in the fabric and style I love.

Thanks for your review on our new 3/4 crossover top. It sounds like you might be happier with our new cotton crossover style, which has the same design as previous seasons - https://www.kettlewellcolours.co.uk/clothing/faux-wrap-long-sleeve-1
