We have been made aware that packages being shipped to the US are being delayed through customs. Items coming in to the US could be held for up to 30 days, especially through New York. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

A message from the Royal Mail:

Normal deliveries and collections should take place throughout the UK this week, but we have been advised to let our customers know that they may expect delays, particularly overseas. The Royal Mail is operating with a reduced work force, due to social distancing regulations. However, they are working hard to keep any delays to a minimum. 

• The returns period is currently 28 days. Please allow longer for returns to be received and re-processed by us. If you have any concerns please email [email protected] for assistance.
