- The Promoter
This competition is promoted by Kettlewell Colours Ltd., Goldenhaye Industrial Estate, Cricket St. Thomas, TA20 4BN (the "Promoter"). - Eligibility
- The competition is open to members of the Facebook group, the Kettlewell Colour Club, aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- How to Enter
- To enter the competition, participants must follow the prompt set in the challenge adding the hashtag #kceaster
- The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- The opening date for entries is 16th April 2025
- The closing date for entries is Monday 21st April at midnight BST. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
- The Prize
- The winner will receive a Cashmere Gauze Stole in the colour of their choice.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
- Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.
- The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook within 1 days of the closing date.
- If the winner does not respond within 2 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant.
- Data Protection and Publicity
- The Promoter will only use personal information provided for the purposes of administering the competition.
- The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the competition.
- General
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time.
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
- By entering, participants agree to a complete release of Facebook from any and all liability in connection with this promotion.

- The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
