Took a risk on this one as I’m between sizes and an awkward shape but WOW really pleased I did. I’m 5ft 5, inverted triangle (apple) shape, heavy chested 32H with all my bulk at the front, tummy included. I normally go for a large in things like the silky roll necks and the Hettas in order to skim the bulges. Decided to size down to medium as recommended and I have to say it’s a perfect fit on me. I’m SO thrilled with the dropped shoulder, these are hard to come by but they work miracles for uber busty people who can so easily look bulbous in a regular cut shoulder. My shape fills it perfectly and it makes me look trim and well balanced proportionally (unheard of most of the time). The azure and white is fresh and crisp and makes me, a faded paintbox spring, look tanned. The length is good, sits nicely on my hips and looks great under a Chloe, which is how I will wear it. Not washed it yet so I can’t comment on how it comes out of the machine, but the fabric straight from the packet is a velvety soft cotton, feels great and does not cling. I’d definitely buy again. More dropped shoulders please Kettlewell, and please bring back the Davina from 2017 (still wearing mine in Dutch blue), best tee ever for people shaped like me. read more »
