This is a really lovely belt and I am impressed by the quality - it's substantial but flexible. I didn't really need another belt - I already have a pretty good collection but I was attracted by the colour and Dark Amethyst is such a good addition to my wardrobe. Beautiful and comfortable, love the camel color with the gold buckle, very pleased, great belt for jeans. So hard to find gold buckles in reg. stores. I am now hoping for a bright navy or classic clear blue with gold to elongate legs with blue jeans perhaps with a round buckle. This is my second belt from KW. Although the initial cost seems high for a belt, the quality of the leather is very good and they feel like they will last for years so that is how I justify it! The suede belt in pale sand is a lovely addition to my wardrobe as it goes with most things. I particularly like it with the Athena skirt and matching top. Lovely colour, rare to get such a variety of colours in a belt. I had to buy size ‘large’ to wear with jeans. I’m a regular size 12 and it’s just big enough so beware when choosing your size. Not my first Classic Suede Belt - I love these: perfect width to wear with jeans, fabulous quality and of course, such an amazing range of colours! This one looks particularly good with White jeans and just as good with my Indigo and Cassis Print Skirt. I’d also love one in Fuchsia! This is my second belt from Kettlewell and the colour and quality does not disappoint! I have had other (cheaper) belts in the past which have quickly become scruffy and were a waste of money. These belts just outshine them on so many levels. I love the colour of this one and I feel good wearing it, the suede and the buckle feel substantial and I feel it looks far more expensive than it actually is. I always thought these belts were so expensive, however having now bitten the bullet and bought one I know see why. They are simply stunning, nice thick belt which doesn't look like the top layer will flake off which has happened with my cheaper belts after only a few wears. I purchased this belt to provide a contrast particularly when wearing emerald green. It is perfect, and looks good with so many of my clothes. I have been following the tucked/untucked Colour Club debate and find that a belt improves the tucked in look even further. I am 71 and have discovered a new look! This is my first KW belt and I’m loving it. I’ve never really felt comfortable with belts. I’ve always been drawn to them but they’ve never worked for me. They always seemed to come in dull colours and stiff, uncomfortable materials. They either had a masculine, functional look or were overly decorative and fussy. So I tried the classic suede belt in slate with low expectations, but it’s opened up a whole new world of experimentation! I love the definition and structure it gives me at the waist, and I can finally tuck in my tops without feeling shapeless and untidy. And the extra flash of colour and detail is the kind of unfussy ornamentation that I’m really comfortable with. AND I love the texture and softness of the suede - and I’m sure it’ll get even softer over time. Can you tell that I’m really happy with it? Oh, and it fits! I’m and XS and I ALWAYS have tons of un-needed belt flapping around, but not with this one. Absolutely perfect. If, like me, you’ve given up on belts, give one of the KW ones a try. I’m a little bit in love (ok, quite a lot) with this wonderful colour and a convert when it comes to wearing a Kettlewell belt as I love the colourful exclamation mark they add, elevating even the most basic outfit. The quality is superb too! If it feels a bit stiff initially, it will become less so the more you wear it and this one will definitely be getting a lot of wear!!! I am normally not a fan of suede shoes and belts because it is harder to keep clean than smooth leather. But I really wanted an Acid Yellow belt, so I took the plunge and tried it. I love this belt - the quality is superb and it’s a great Red for me as a Cool, Clear, Deep (Winter). A few months down the line, I find it’s also the one I’ve worn most frequently - probably because it adds such a cheery pop of colour to even the most basic/ neutral of outfits. I love Kettlewell belts for their excellent quality, vibrant colours and gold hardware, and I now have quite a collection (I think seven). I like to do a small tuck of my t-shirt to give a pop of colour to my outfits. The Mimosa Suede doesn't disappoint and works well with the true autumn part of my wardrobe. I wear Lime or Teal with my blue/green clothes. I also have leopard, bronze and a few plain leather belts in addition to the suede. As I already have the metallic pink clover belt that I bought in LL, which I love, I decided I needed another belt but in suede this time. Due to the hole I wear it on (5) and there being quite a lot of belt left hanging so to speak, I decided to get this belt in L. I thought I had worked out correctly that I would be able to wear it on the third hole but when it arrived I was only able to get it on the first hole, which is not a problem means less spare. I have been hesitant on purchasing one of these belts because at five foot tall a belt can spoil the illusion and make you look shorter. However, I finally succumbed after purchasing two circular maxi skirts in grey and navy which definitely need the definition of a belt. I could easily have gone grey and navy but since I plan to wear the skirts with a white silk shirt or a simple silver cashmere V neck, a pop of colour is definitely the way to go. I bought two in the end - Blue Violet and Pink Orchid ... Really great addition to my wardrobe. Tried with two shirtdresses that I have and again really super against the white linen. A beautiful colour and a nice belt. Particularly love this with jeans and a pink or purple top because of the contrast, but have also worn with blue/patterned dress. Slate is great colour with jeans if you want a more blended look, I'm a size 14 and the L is a good length for jean and trouser belt loops, could possibly get away with M with dresses so not such a long end sticking out past the buckle. I didn't think belts were for me, but seeing in the colour club Facebook group how fabulously they elevated an outfit, I decided to buy. As I would only be buying one, I wanted to choose a colour that would work with a lot of my Blue Spring wardrobe, so went with Bright Apple in Medium for my UK 12/14 size. I love it! The addition of the belt makes such a difference, whether worn with jeans or on my waist over a skirt or a dress. I would love a coral belt now as well! OK to be honest, I thought that's quite expensive just for a belt.. But I ordered it anyway and when it arrived I was so pleased I'd taken that leap of faith. It's a lovely, well-made quality belt, and the colour is a beautiful dark lime. "Lime?" I hear you say " I'd never wear anything lime". But wait! - it brings all my outfits alive and adds that certain punch which takes my more boring clothes to another level. It's amazing how many other colours it goes with. My first "disobedient" purchase from KW - I'm a Spring but I liked the Dark Lime colour so much that I ordered it, hoping it would be more lime than olive. What a beautiful belt! Lovely quality, just the right width for either trousers or dresses and a gorgeous colour that I honestly think works for warm Springs as well as Autumns. In fact, many of the officially Spring colours have silver buckles (because they are shared with Summers or Winters), which I would consider a drawback. I have to say I've never really looked at the belts before. I thought they were expensive for a belt, however I've seen a number of the belts popping up in the live videos and so decided I would buy one (or two), three in fact. The colours are really gorgeous and guess what I kept all 3! So happy with the colours, could just do with some more lovely colours now. I had admired these from a distance as I no longer have a wasp waist. Then I discovered that if you wear them as a flash of colour with a cardi, wrap or jacket hiding the difficult bits, they look fab and actually create a waist! I have now added them to my Kettlewell addictions and have Bright Amethyst, Acid Yellow and Sapphire. They are excellent quality and beautifully made. I resisted buying a KW belt for some time as I feel they’re pricey. However having wasted money on cheaper belts where the colour wasn’t exciting, too long, too short, got tatty quickly - I eventually succumbed and I LOVE it. The colour and fit is perfect. Bought this belt on a whim as I thought it expensive for what it is. How wrong could I be??!! Beautiful colour in butter-soft suede which I am sure will last for years. I have already worn it twice so I can see that the eventual cost per wear will be negligible! If you are hesitating over the purchase of a Kettlewell belt I would say go for it - it gives the outfit a polish and adds that wonderful pop of colour. This is my first Kettlewell belt, and it won’t be my last. I ordered a medium red, and love the color. I wear Kettlewell Medium and US size 6. This size is perfect for the high waisted jeans this season as well as sitting at my hips for lower waisted jeans in my wardrobe. The color is rich and adds the perfect point of red to any outfit. I've shopped with KW for a few years now but it's only this season that I have purchased belts from you. I was inspired by the Autumn Look Book last year and how well the belts finished the outfits. The Burnt Coral Suede belt is beautiful - I wore it yesterday with a cholcolate roll neck and chocolate trousers. The pop of colour was fabulous and there were compliments! The quality of the belt is excellent - and I am so pleased the XS size is available. If I am splashing out on a high quality product I want it to fit (so often I have lots of spare belt that I have to deal with somehow!). I love Kettlewell belts! Earlier this year, I purchased the Electric Blue Metallic and the Bright Amethyst Suede belts, and found them to be nicer than any belts I have ever owned! The leather is a substantial weight and the hardware is top quality. When I saw the Dark Red Suede in the new catalogue, it was the first thing added to my order without a moment’s hesitation. I am 5’3” and 114 lbs, and I found the Medium to be a perfect fit . I can wear the belt on the third or fourth hole, and I found the Kettlewell sizing directions to be spot on! We had some sunshine yesterday, so I wore a SRN, a denim skirt and my Carmine Red Roxy. I really love this belt. I think the sizing is a bit on the small side though. I’m a size 12 / Kettlewell medium but had to get the belt in a large. This doesn’t bother me but it suggests the LL would fit a 14/16 max. So anyone a bit bigger would need to get extra holes put in or miss out altogether.- Seònaid (11/03/2021)

I bought this suede belt as the leather belts I had been looking at were sold out in my size. I am a size small ( size 10) and the fit is good. The belt seems rather stiff at the moment but I am sure it will soften with use. It is a good width and fits within normal trouser belt loops. The colour I bought is lavender suede as I am a summer and am delighted with the colour although wonder how well the suede will wear given the fastening and unfastening with fingers. This is a beautiful belt just arrived this morning. I bought the bright amethyst perfect for my deep winter colouring. I have the large but have now ordered the true red in LL. This is because I will be able to wear this one lower on my hips, as I seem to be between sizes L/LL, also the red in large is also out of stock.
