This was a splurge for me but it’s so rare to find investment pieces in my soft summer colours that it made sense. I wear it a lot and people often say what a lovely jacket it is. It’s incredibly soft and supple suede. Light and comfy to wear. I sprayed it with Liquiproof protector spray after seeing someone do it in a Kettlewell group online and I don’t feel I have to be too precious about it - I took it folded in a bag on a flight and it’s still looking perfect. I have been waiting to buy the delphinium blue one but it seems to have sold out and hasn’t come back into stock.

I had some doubts about the price point on this jacket. I had already purchased the original presentation in Iris. But when I saw it on the videos, I decided that the green would be a really great game changer. I was right. I think from the iris to the green, the green has a better fit. At 130 pounds I don’t feel like I’m too snugged into a medium. Especially after I put on layers. there’s one thing I’m absolutely sure of. I have the right leather jackets to last a while!

Beautiful colour. Tight over hips (which others have said) and I regard myself as having quite narrow hips. I couldn’t comfortably wear it zipped up. Loved the zips up the sleeves. It didn’t sit well over my shoulders - the suede bunched a bit. Such a shame to send back but may consider sizing up (but suspect will be too big ).

I agonised for ages over this because it is definitely an investment but finally decided I couldn’t resist. I am thrilled with it, the colour is gorgeous and it is lovely soft suede so can be worn indoors , without feeling as if you are in an outdoor coat. I am a convert

This is such a lovely jacket. I ordered The Hudson Blue Spruce which is a beautiful colour and looked great on me, I am a size 10, but I couldn't do the jacket up over my hips. Consequently and with regret I had to send it back. I would love Kettlewell to supply a soft leather biker style jacket in the future but please make it so I can do it up over my hips.

Beautiful soft suede, toffee is a gorgeous colour. I sized up to L and am very happy with the roomier look, but not oversized. Decent pockets and stylish cut. A real classy classic.

I ordered this jacket in a gorgeous blue. The quality and colour are fine but the shape is fit someone with no hips. Medium is good on the shoulders but impossible to do up so I will have to wear it open . Rather disappointing.

By far the most thrilling item I've ever received from Kettlewell (and I've received a lot.). Fantastic to find a high quality suede jacket in a colour I've seen nowhere else. The 'Kingfisher' with gold zips is striking and chic; great with black, or navy, and many other colours in my 'clear spring' wardrobe. For me, the medium fits true to size and sleeves are a perfect length. The suede is the ideal mix of weight and softness to wear on a variety of occasions. Just beautiful!

Stunning colour (jewel iris), just stunning. Ridiculously expensive, but have bought it as an investment piece. Can see me wearing it for many, many years to come. The suede is butter soft and the depth of colour in the fabric is gorgeous. Very impressed with my purchase.

Wow this investment piece did not disappoint! The suede is beautiful quality and it’s not at all bulky or rigid. You can turn up the sleeves and push them up for a more slouchy casual look. I purchased the kingfisher version and it gives the perfect lift to a neutral outfit. Really a great easy layering piece. My only tiny criticism would be that I could personally do with a very small shoulder pad but this will not apply to everyone and it doesn’t diminish the overall look of the garment.
