The Serena in royal purple is perfect for me as a tall jewel winter. 33 inch inside leg. No I'm not a giraffe 😏. Yes they are long. The item's description states they are long to accommodate the taller customers. So any criticism of the length is unfair. I noticed some people have said that the sizing is inconsistent. I felt they came up small but maybe that's because I don't want to admit I'm putting on weight. Whatever. I'm a fan and I'm looking for a sale so I can buy more winter colours.

I realize that variations in sizing are made for each size category but there seems to be a particular size issue with the Ivy Green. I have tried 3 pairs of these trousers and only 1 of them fit. The Royal Purple Medium (15.25 cm) fit perfectly. However, the 2 Ivy Green Mediums were so large that both of them fell off of me - while fully zipped up. I will keep the smaller of the two (16.50 cm) and have a seamstress take it in. Even with this hiccup, I still love these trousers!

Too small order a size smaller as recommended but the were much too small very disappointed

I did write a review for this first pair of these trousers that I received a few weeks ago and came back for another pair. I LOVE these trousers! The length, the swish, the colors! I keep trying to find pockets - but there aren't any. Which is actually ok. I love everything else about these so it is a minor detail for me. I really hope these come back in future seasons!

(No option for too long). I love these. The fabric is just slinky and gorgeous, and I don't give a hoot about them creasing at bit. They are beautifully high waisted on me, and fit like a dream, (I've put on a few lbs, so I'd say I'm at the large end of a 12), they are the perfect size around my waist with no excess fabric or gaping, and float around my not inconsiderable thighs, but they are so so so so so long for me at a short 5ft 5. And I'm no seamstress, so I'd have to pay to get them professionally shortened. Which kind of makes them a bit too expensive for me, as I do already have a lovely pair of green trousers for summer wear, which are the perfect length. A sad return I think, because I cannot justify the extra £20 to have them softened. I'm very jealous of all you tall ladies out there.

Finally! Kettlewell trousers I can recommend to other women who are above-average height and who like a more youthful and modern cut. There are so many younger women (and young-at-heart women) who are getting into color analysis and struggling to find clothing for their color season. Please capture that market so that you can continue to expand your range for all shapes and sizes.

I just received a package today and these were the first thing I tried on. OMG I love these! I'm 5' 10", and my lower body is 2" longer than my upper, so I need length in all of my skirts and pants. These are long enough that I can easily wear a 2" heel , which is very comfortable for me. They also work with my trainers! These have a lovely swish, hang beautifully, and are just perfection! I'm looking at these in another color way. Please bring these back!

Beautiful colour and style but creases so badly I couldn't wear them and sadly returned. Also very long but I could have taken them up if I had been happy otherwise

Oh dear- beautiful trousers, but not for me with my Teletubby lower half. I'd have had to shorten them by a huge amount, totally spoiling the line and drape, and for anyone with lumps and bumps they are not flattering. What a shame - the fabric and colour is beautiful but only suitable for glam pyjama bottoms. For future reference : please try all your clothing ranges on a variety of body shapes and sizes, not just the tall, sylph-like and willowy!

Beautiful colour of course, and a lovely fabric for the summer, but so ridiculously long! Such a shame, as they could be so stylish - but only on a giraffe! Very disappointed and have returned.
