INSTAGRAM COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (UK)

Promoter

This competition is promoted by Kettlewell Colours Ltd., Goldenhaye Industrial Estate, Cricket St. Thomas, TA20 4BN (the "Promoter").

Eligibility

The competition is open to those aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

Only two entries per person is allowed.

How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must follow the prompt set in the challenge.

The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

The opening date for entries is 13th October 2025

The closing date for entries is Monday 27thOctober at midnight BST. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

The Prize

The winner will receive two tickets to the Spirit of Christmas Fair.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.

The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within 1 days of the closing date.

If the winner does not respond within 2 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant.

Data Protection and Publicity

The Promoter will only use personal information provided for the purposes of administering the competition.

The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the competition.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants agree to a complete release of Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this promotion.

Governing Law

The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
