The wrap dress is a wardrobe staple – timeless, elegant and easy to wear, it flatters a huge range of body shapes and style types. But even the ultimate classics need an occasional update, so let’s unwrap the details of our favourite wrap dress!

The print

Designed by our in-house print designer, Bec, the print for the Ophelia dress is a clever interpretation of leopard print, with movement and overlaid colours working together to update this classic animal print.

After hand drawing the initial design, dozens of colourways were tried and rejected before our final four were selected – one for each of the four seasonal palettes. (Do you know yours? If not, take our clever Colour Quiz to find out).

The fabric

Most wrap dresses are made of lightweight jersey and can be a little intimidating to wear without, ahem, a little support.

But Ophelia is a new breed: made of supportive lightweight ponte, it drapes beautifully but also offers light support so it smoothes, rather than highlights, any lumps and bumps.

The styling

Our favourite thing about the Ophelia is how versatile it is. Whether you dress it right down with jeans or amp up the glamour, this modern classic will take you wherever you need to go.
